A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Lewisham. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G, etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
- 4 on 4 off - Days Only
- 7 am - 7 pm
- Up to £48,900
- 22-day shift holiday
- Overtime available
- Company pension
- Season Ticket Loan
- Potential to be put through HV training
- Level 2 & 3 in Mechanical Engineering (C&G, NVQ etc)
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance
- Good Communication Skills.
- Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
- Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV (Desirable)
- Good leadership and management skills
