Marine Project Manager South UK

LNS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Marine Project Manager to oversee marine civil engineering projects across the South of the UK.<br />This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to join a growing team delivering complex marine infrastructure projects.<br />Essential Requirements

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in marine project management, or 15+ years' experience as a Site Manager within the marine sector.
• Proven experience managing marine construction projects.
• Confident working in environments involving:
• Diving operations
• Jack-Up Barges (JUBs)
• Pontoons
• Complex lifting operations
• Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of health &amp; safety and marine industry best practice.
• Full UK driving licence.<br />Responsibilities
• Manage marine construction projects from start to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and clients.
• Oversee programme, quality and commercial performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.<br />What's on Offer
