The Role • Undertake a comprehensive 3-year apprenticeship as a hotel specialist, rotating through all departments of a successful international hotel chain. • Gain hands-on experience in guest services, including breakfast service and bar operations in the hotel lounge. • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards in housekeeping and room cleanliness. • Master front desk operations, including welcoming guests and managing smooth check-in and check-out processes. • Learn to handle room reservations, sales inquiries, and organize group arrivals. • Develop foundational culinary skills for preparing simple dishes, focusing on nutrition, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. • Receive introductory training in essential administrative functions such as accounting, HR, marketing, and revenue management.
