Job Description

  • Marketing Assistant/Analyst I (UK) (Internal role specification: Marketing Operations Associate)

  • Location: Northwich, United Kingdom

  • Duration: 1 year contract with potential for extension

  • Pay Rate: 16.00 / hour (GBP)

Core Responsibilities

  • EPIC / EBS Process Ownership: Drive and manage end-to-end system operations for creating, adjusting, and maintaining part numbers and records in internal systems (EPIC and EBS). Ensure data accuracy, complete information submissions, track approvals, and resolve system workflow bottlenecks.

  • Product Management Support: Provide operational support to the Product Management team by tracking agreed actions, following up on cross-functional deliverables, maintaining documentation, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • System & Process Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating business systems and structured approval processes (e.g., ERP platforms like SAP).

  • Workflow Coordination: Proven ability to manage multi-step, detailed processes across different systems and cross-functional teams with high accuracy and follow-through.

  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to track down inputs, chase actions diplomatically, and maintain status updates across teams.

  • Detail-Oriented & Dependable: High attention to detail regarding data entries/part numbers with a proactive approach to routine, business-critical change control tasks.

  • Preferred Experience: Prior background in supply chain, operations, change control, or product management workflows (especially part setup and system maintenance) is highly advantageous.
