Job Description

Job Title: Concur Travel & Expense Specialist

Client: TCS
Location: Boston, MA
Bill Rate: $55/Hr

Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Strong experience with SAP Concur Travel & Expense, including implementations, integrations, configuration, workflows, and user access management.

  • Experience managing Travel and PCard programs.

  • Hands-on experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.

  • Experience defining complex expense policies and audit rules.

  • Experience handling country-specific tax requirements in global Concur rollouts.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP Concur implementations.

  • Configure and maintain Concur workflows, policies, user access, and system settings.

  • Support integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA.

  • Liaise with internal teams and coordinate with offshore teams for custom development and enhancements.

  • Process and review expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance within defined SLAs.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to expense submissions, reimbursements, and system access.

  • Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.

  • Troubleshoot production issues in Concur and provide timely resolution for end-user issues.

  • Apply established Travel & Expense policies during expense review and approval workflows.

  • Maintain accurate documentation supporting internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.

  • Support corporate card programs, including cardholder setup, transaction research, and exception resolution.

  • Serve as a day-to-day coordination point for T&E processing teams, providing guidance on queue prioritization and issue resolution.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, documentation updates, and workflow redesign.

  • Document recurring tasks and build a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.
