Schedule Wednesday to Saturday 8am to 6:30pm

This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.
While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.
Position Summary
The Driver facilitates clients' transportation to and from necessary appointments at one of Promises Behavioral Health Residential Program Facilities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Transports clients per supervisor's directives (for court, ancillary services, etc.)
- Follows emergency procedures exactly to secure safety and welfare of clients.
- Notifies appropriate Clinical staff member or Executive Director of any client behavior that could create a risk to the clients’ wellbeing or treatment success.
- Completes and submits are necessary forms and documentation.
- Serves as back-up for residential assistances as needed.
- Assists with set-up and take-down for all special events and functions.
- Pick up mail daily.
- Provides tours for aftercare on weekends.
- Transports clients to special meetings when needed.
- Schedule includes being available during on-call schedule.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Class F endorsement (or willing to obtain).
- Clear driving record.
- Current automobile insurance.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is required for this position. If not CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire, certification must be obtained within the state mandated time frame after first day of employment.
