The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Act as a "Business Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operations planning.
• Advise and support customers with a high level of service throughout their experience.
• Manage customer billing, funds, and process incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo the proficiency test for business managers or already hold the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification.
• A driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, independently, and with a high degree of trust.
