Job Title: Microsoft ERP Finance Lead Consultant Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Experience: 10+ Years Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft ERP Finance Lead Consultant to lead finance process transformation, ERP implementation, and functional solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Microsoft Dynamics AX, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the functional design and implementation of Microsoft ERP finance solutions. Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, and Budgeting. Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping. Design finance workflows, financial dimensions, chart of accounts, and financial reporting structures. Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, system integrations, and data migration activities. Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Manage SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live support. Ensure financial controls, audit compliance, and accurate financial reporting. Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and manage project deliverables.

Required Qualifications: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Microsoft Dynamics AX. Extensive knowledge of ERP finance modules and accounting processes. Experience leading finance transformation or ERP implementation projects. Strong understanding of financial integrations, reporting, and data migration. Experience with business requirements, functional specifications, testing, and production support. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications. Experience with Power BI, financial reporting, and ERP integrations. Knowledge of multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting. Experience working in large enterprise ERP environments.
