The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machinery
• Performing quality checks and relevant documentation
• Carrying out maintenance, cleaning, and preventative upkeep of machinery
• Ensuring timely delivery of production orders
• Maintaining the technical condition of operational equipment
• Assisting with testing new technologies and processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Technologist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A high degree of responsibility and a proactive work approach
• Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
