we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. Project Scope:

The Deskside Support team is initiating a comprehensive computer refresh project to replace aging devices approaching end of life. This initiative is essential to ensure continued operational stability, security compliance, and improved end user productivity across the organization. Adding this resource is a cost effective and necessary measure to ensure the successful and timely execution of the computer refresh project without compromising service levels or operational stability.

Mandatory Skills:

This role requires a solid understanding of computer hardware and Windows systems, along with hands on experience setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals. Strong customer service, reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deployments are essential, as is the ability to lift and move equipment
