Junior Product Manager - 12 month FTC

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a Global business who are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join their team. The position will be working closely with the Product Manager to assist in delivering category plans, supporting product life cycle activities, analysing market and competitor trends, coordinating product launches and more.
This opportunity would suit someone who has previous experience within marketing or a product-focused role.
This position is working within a busy, fast-paced team, and offers the opportunity for the right person to develop a career within Product Management.
Salary - 35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience
Initial 12 month FTC
Some of the duties will include:

• Providing day to day support to Product Managers
• Supporting new product launches, product updates and range reviews
• Analysing market, competitor and consumer trends
• Monitoring product performance, pricing and profitability
• Supporting product positioning, marketing activity and sales presentations
• Preparing product information, presentations and business cases
• Working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal teams
• Supporting forecasting, commercial planning and portfolio optimisation
• Keeping up to date with relevant industry regulations and market developments

• Degree Educated
• Strong communication skills on all levels
• Experience in a marketing, category, analytical or product-focused role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm to develop a career in Product Management
