IT Program Manager - M&A & Finance Technology

IT Program Manager (Remote!!!) Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is looking for a Program Manager to support IT Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures within Finance Technology. The successful candidate will serve as the primary IT representative supporting Finance throughout mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. This individual will lead Finance technology activities from transaction signing through close, including financial systems readiness, integration and separation planning, risk management, and transition services.
