The Role

• Sell pest control products and services to a diverse range of commercial clients.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and formulate solutions.
• Utilize provided tools, including an iPad and sales software, for customer agreements and organization.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as using a ladder, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
