Job Title: Digital Workplace Engineer Microsoft Intune & Microsoft 365
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: 18 Months + Extensions (Long term contract. Could possibly go perm if candidate desires.)
Overview

The Digital Workplace Engineer Microsoft Intune & Microsoft 365 engineers, administers, supports, and improves platforms that provide a secure, reliable, and productive end-user technology experience. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, endpoint engineering, enterprise application management, automation, and production support.

Key responsibilities

Engineer, administer, and support Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management platforms.

Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise applications.

Administer and support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.

Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Provide operational support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform in coordination with the teams responsible for platform development.

Apply automation to improve endpoint and Microsoft 365 operations.

Investigate production issues and improve the reliability of workplace technology services.

Required qualifications

Four or more years of experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.

Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and interested in continuous improvement in workplace technology.
