Senior Full Stack / Backend Developer (.NET & React)

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET
• Build and enhance modern web applications using React
• Develop scalable microservices and event-driven solutions
• Own features throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to solve complex business challenges
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices
• Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes and standards

What you'll need to succeed
Backend Development

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
• Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures
• Experience working with event-driven systems
• Solid SQL development skills, ideally with SQL Server
• Experience using Entity Framework or similar ORM technologies
• Strong understanding of API design, service architecture, and data modelling

Frontend Development

• Strong experience developing applications using React
• Experience with modern UI component libraries such as MUI, Mantine, or ShadCN
• Experience with state management tools including Redux, Zustand, or MobX
• Ability to create intuitive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces
