The Role

• Provide exceptional customer service leadership, greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and bag merchandise.
• Receive, unpack, stock, and rotate merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-organized and appealing.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, and taking out trash.
• Assist with merchandising displays and planogram execution.
• Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

What You'll Need

• Understanding of safety policies and best practices.
• Ability to follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for transactions.
• Experience operating a cash register and handling cash.
