Job Description

We are looking for Data Engineer for our client in Mason, OH

Job Title: Data Engineer

Job Location: Mason, OH

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Job Overview:

The organization is seeking a Data Engineer / ETL Developer to provide development and production support for key project initiatives. The successful candidate will troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and coordinate testing and data validation activities.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Apache NiFi, PySpark, and AWS Glue for ETL development.
Expertise in complex SQL queries, performance tuning, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS DocumentDB.
Good knowledge of Apache Kafka or similar streaming platforms.
Provide development and production support for project initiatives.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement fixes.
Coordinate and execute SIT, regression testing, and data validation.
