Full Stack Developer - Java/JS

Job Summary T he Full Stack Developer will join the Risk and Information Management team to design, develop, and maintain multi-tiered Java EE applications and front-end technologies supporting Non-Financial Risk Management. This role involves solving complex technical problems, collaborating across global teams, and leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance development velocity and solution quality.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop complex software systems and applications with high standards of quality Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to improve development efficiency Deliver scalable solutions meeting performance, scalability, and security requirements Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing Collaborate globally with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Participate in Agile meetings, report status, and adapt to evolving requirements Apply proprietary frameworks and firm best practices Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability Respond proactively to change and master new technical/business concepts Required Qualifications 715 years of development experience with optimized, efficient, and clean code Expertise in Core Java, Java EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Web Services, and relational databases Experience with UI frameworks (Angular, React preferred) Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Agent mode, Skills) for development and automation Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to write thorough unit tests covering major logic components Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools) Understanding of serverless architecture Competency with source control systems (Git preferred) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins) Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools Basic knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting Certifications None required; Agile/DevOps or cloud certifications are a plus Education: Bachelors Degree
