Experience Designer

Position Title: Experience Designer 
Location:  PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, AL - Birmingham, TX - Dallas, AZ - Phoenix
Work Status : 5 days onsite
Duration :  Contract to Hire
Years Of Experience Required : 4+ Years
Industry Background:  Banking / Finance - Design System experience/background huge plus
Function of the Group: Were responsible for the customer facing and employee facing design systems. That’s the most widely used design system. We work on a set of design standards that all of online banking and drives efficiency with the internal development teams that are building.

Roles and Responsibilities

• PLEASE NOTE: Include link to candidates’ portfolio with resume.
• Create and update documentation and graphics for design docs
• Build, fix, and test Figma components
• Create dev specs
• Design and test Angular components
• Collaborate with content and ADA accessibility partners
• Stay up to date on competitive analysis of other design systems
• Answer help desk questions
• Attend or facilitate open office hours
• Attend or facilitate early Design Reviews with product designers
• Attend or facilitate design system Design Reviews
• Attend or facilitate design system governance meetings
• Research, audit, and prepare topics for design system governance meetings
• Attend or facilitate working sessions across product design teams to align
• Work on special projects as requested
