The Role

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing
• Effectively educate customers on the benefits and features of vehicles and available financing options
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up post-purchase
• Conduct test drives and ensure customers understand vehicle operating features
• Uphold core values of integrity, leadership, positivity, and open-mindedness

What You'll Need

• A friendly, positive attitude and a strong team player mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, telephone, and computer skills
• A strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a sales training program
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required
