Job description

Position: Senior Azure Developer
Employment Type: Contract

Location: Des Moines, IA

Required Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET development (.NET 6/7+).

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Azure development experience.

  • Strong experience with Azure Functions (HTTP & Queue Triggers).

  • Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus (Queues, Topics & Subscriptions).

  • Experience with Azure API Management (APIM).

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, development and integration.

  • Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, Managed Identity and API security.

  • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.

  • Experience with serverless architecture, event-driven systems and microservices.

Good to Have:

  • Azure Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Event Grid and Application Insights.

  • Terraform / Bicep, Docker / Kubernetes.

  • Postman and automated API testing.
