Directs daily operations, enforces care standards, and ensures full state and local regulatory compliance.
Manages budgeting, resource allocation, variance reduction, and financial reporting to leadership.
Assumes direct operational command within licensure limits to maintain administrative and service continuity.
Resolves critical resident, operational, and personnel issues swiftly.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Preferred Credential(s):
- Nursing Home Administrator.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
