Assistant Administrator Skilled Nursing

• Schedule: Days | Full-time

• Directs daily operations, enforces care standards, and ensures full state and local regulatory compliance.

• Manages budgeting, resource allocation, variance reduction, and financial reporting to leadership.

• Assumes direct operational command within licensure limits to maintain administrative and service continuity.

• Resolves critical resident, operational, and personnel issues swiftly.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Preferred Credential(s):
  • Nursing Home Administrator.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences:

• Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
