The Role

• Operate specialized heavy equipment (hostlers, cranes, top loaders, side loaders) to load and unload shipping containers.
• Safely move and position containers and chassis within the intermodal yard.
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Coordinate with yard personnel and supervisors to manage daily logistics operations and container movements.
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with established protocols.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders/stairs on railcars.
