Senior Progress Developer – QAD ERP

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

· Expert-level experience in Progress OpenEdge (11.x and 12.x) development.

· Minimum 5+ years of Progress programming experience.

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.

· Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.

· Ability to develop, customize, and support ERP applications.

Preferred Skills

· Functional knowledge of QAD ERP. but good functional knowledge of any ERP is helpful · Experience acting as a functional BA, gathering requirements and then developing the code · Experience with QAD 7.x source code or any QAD source code Nice to Have · Experience in manufacturing-focused ERP implementations and support projects. Ideal Candidate: A seasoned Progress developer with manufacturing domain expertise and ERP experience, preferably with exposure to QAD environments.
