In terms of Workday Integration or Extend developers, below is what we are looking for

Senior Software Engineer (Workday Integrations) for a contract-to-hire or contract opportunity supporting a highly collaborative and fast-paced enterprise Workday environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday integrations and demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, including:
• Core Connectors
• EIBs
• Studio
• Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Document Transformation and XSLT
• Integration troubleshooting and support
• Proven ability to design, build, test, and support complex enterprise integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills with demonstrated ability to understand requirements, ask thoughtful questions, and follow through on commitments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams.
• Highly curious with a passion for learning, exploring new technologies, and solving complex problems.
• Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Extend.
• Experience with additional programming technologies such as:
• Java
• C#
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Python
• SQL
• APIs and cloud technologies
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in large healthcare, higher education, or enterprise organizations.
