Service Desk Engineer - Level 2

The Role:

As a Level 2 Officer, you'll be at the forefront of their IT support team, assisting their clients with their day-to-day technical needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing first and second level technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related queries and issues.
• Documenting and tracking support requests.
• Collaborating with the IT team to find solutions.
• Office 365 - Exchange - INTUNE - Conditional access - sharepoint administration
• AD
• Networking - Layer 2 -3 - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Wireless
• Windows Server - Hyper-V and VMWARE
• Onsite MGMT - installs - setups
• Assist Level 1
• MSP experience is a must
• 3CX nice to have
• Fortinet skills nice to have
• Can do attitude
• Ideally using Connectwise PSA - screen connect

Your skills:

• A strong customer focus and a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows AD.
• Excellent communication and professional phone manners.
• The ability to prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
• A desire to learn and grow into more senior roles.
• Strong documentation and independent work skills.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
• Candidates must be permanent residents or citizens.
