  • Test and implement technology solutions, and support users through rollout
  • Research current systems and create procedures that improve them
  • Train and support end users
  • Write Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contract Scopes of Deliverables

Required

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically integrations or work in Asset Management, Inventory Management, or CMDB/Discovery. This is a firm requirement. Please don’t apply without it.

  • Ability to be onsite in the Waterford/Pontiac area at least 2 days per week

Nice to have

  • Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) experience
