Finance Scrum Master - Insurance - Finance Transformation/GAAP Project

We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a major finance transformation programme within a leading insurance organisation.
You will drive Agile delivery, increase team velocity, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and work closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.
The initial contract duration will be until Feb/Mar 2027 with the potential to move onto other projects after this.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3+ days per week in the central London office.
Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Scrum Master
• Strong Finance/Accounting project experience or background in this domain
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Insurance experience required (London Market experience highly desirable)
