Role:Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid

W2 Position

Job Summary

  • Lead architecture and technical design for distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Design and develop robust APIs, backend services, and enterprise-scale distributed systems.
  • Drive CI/CD, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, deployment, release management, and production support.
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, testing practices, and address technical debt.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, support hiring/onboarding, and promote a high-performance engineering culture.
  • Evaluate AI-assisted development, microservices, event-driven architecture, and continuous engineering improvements.
