The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all customers.
• Support the First Salesperson in managing daily operations and training team members.
• Handle a variety of tasks in both the sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Manage incoming goods, product display, and stock rotation.
• Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce and bakery items.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience or a related qualification is preferred, with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work diligently and efficiently.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and some leadership aptitude.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
