The Role • Answer inbound sales calls for all customer tiers and provide quotes for multiple product lines and services. • Convert quotes to orders and identify opportunities for future business growth. • Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services. • Utilize strategic sales skills to close sales on the initial call and overcome price objections by emphasizing value and service quality. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and appropriate handling of customer requests. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services, educating customers on benefits and differentiators. What You'll Need • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. • Ability to tactfully overcome objections, close sales, and negotiate effectively. • Strong active listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to de-escalate situations. • Highly proficient in technology and comfortable using various systems. • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to adapt easily to change and maintain focus.
