Senior Data Analyst - Level III with Health & Human Services

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist
2. ?Minimum of seven years of experience supporting data conversion projects, including source system metadata analysis, source-to-target data mapping, data profiling and cleansing, To-Be data requirements, data synchronization/bridging, and data conversion quality assurance testing.
3. Minimum of two years of experience working in an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program within the Fair Hearings and/or Data Management domain in a Health and Human Services setting.
   

Desirable Qualifications: ?

1. More than five years of experience with data quality, data profiling, data cleansing, standardization, and SQL development using RDBMS tools (i.e., Oracle) and data quality tools (i.e., Informatica Data Quality).
2. Three or more years' experience analyzing data and business processes to identify data quality issues and support data cleansing, transformation, and migration activities.
