The Role

• Undertake specialist leadership responsibilities within a dedicated psychosomatic youth unit, with a clear path toward full medical directorship.
• Guide and oversee clinical processes and the comprehensive psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents.
• Serve as a key representative for the Chief Physician, contributing significantly to the ongoing development of the unit.
• Provide valuable supervision and mentorship to child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Manage patient admissions, conduct family consultations, and participate in interdisciplinary case discussions to ensure exceptional care quality.

What You'll Need

• Completion of specialist training or being in the 4th year of residency as an Assistant Physician in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapy training.
• A strong aptitude for interdisciplinary collaboration within a diverse team of physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• Enthusiasm for leading and developing therapeutic programs.
