Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technology Lead with strong expertise in SFCC/SFRA, JavaScript, ISML, OCAPI, SCAPI, REST APIs, and e-commerce application development. The ideal candidate will contribute to storefront development, integrations, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and technical design/architecture activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable e-commerce storefront features using SFCC and SFRA.
• Build responsive, mobile-first user interfaces using JavaScript, ISML, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Bootstrap, and modern frontend tools.
• Develop and maintain SFCC applications using controllers, models, templates, and MVC patterns.
• Integrate SFCC storefronts with third-party services, payment gateways, and enterprise systems through OCAPI, SCAPI, and REST APIs.
• Configure and maintain SFCC Jobs Framework and Service Framework.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, application errors, and integration problems.
• Improve application performance, accessibility, SEO, site speed, and mobile user experience.
• Work closely with UX, backend development, QA, and business teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in technical design and architecture reviews for SFCC solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and source-code management using Git, Jenkins, and GitHub.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of software development experience, including 2–4+ years of SFCC/SFRA experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and ISML.
• Strong understanding of MVC design patterns.
• Experience with SFCC Business Manager, Jobs Framework, and Service Framework.
• Experience with OCAPI, SCAPI, and RESTful web services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Webpack, and/or NPM.
• Experience with SFCC storefront development and integrations.
• Ability to participate in design and architecture reviews.
