Executive Assistant to Chairman & 2 Senior Leaders

Mayfair | Stunning Offices | Career-Defining Opportunity

£45,000 - £50,000 DOE

If you are an ambitious, polished and proactive EA early in your career, this is the role that will elevate you. If you have 2-5 years' experience, apply now.

We are partnering with a highly respected, discreet and fast-evolving investment firm based in the heart of Mayfair to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a Chairman and two senior leaders. This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, trusted role where you will gain exposure at the highest level of a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.

From day one, you will be immersed in a collaborative, high-performing culture, working from beautifully refurbished offices complete with a roof terrace – the perfect setting for both focused work and a vibrant social scene.

The Role

This is far more than a traditional EA position. You will become a true right-hand support, instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of three highly engaged and fast-moving executives.

You will:

• Seamlessly manage complex and ever-changing diaries, balancing business and personal commitments with precision

• Act as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison, building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders

• Coordinate meetings end-to-end, from scheduling and logistics through to preparing high-quality materials and tracking actions

• Prepare polished presentations, documents and communications to an exceptional standard

• Oversee inbox management, ensuring priorities are identified and handled efficiently

• Arrange travel, events and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail

• Manage expenses and administrative processes with accuracy and professionalism

• Support with personal administration where required, always operating with the utmost discretion

About You

This role is ideal for a graduate-calibre EA with 2–5 years’ experience in a corporate environment, ideally within financial or professional services.

You will bring:

• A naturally organised, detail-driven approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and high-profile individuals

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high standard of presentation

• A calm, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs

• Absolute discretion, professionalism and sound judgement

• A positive, upbeat attitude and genuine enthusiasm for being part of a team

The Culture

This is a business that truly invests in its people. Alongside a high-performance, intellectually engaging environment, you will enjoy:

• A genuinely social and inclusive culture

• Regular team events and a lively office atmosphere

• A strong commitment to charitable giving and volunteering

• A beautiful Mayfair office designed to inspire, including a roof terrace for downtime and social moments

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their EA career, gain exposure to senior leadership and be part of a business where culture, collaboration and excellence go hand in hand.

If you are ready to step up into a role where you will be trusted, valued and developed – apply now
