CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 18th Edition etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression. Duties &

Responsibilities:

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)<br />Emergency lighting<br />Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)<br />Chillers - Re-set<br />Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)<br />Monitor the mechanical plant<br />Plumbing - Unblocking toilets<br />Pumps, motors<br />Water Treatment<br />BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot &amp; Colds)<br />Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.<br />Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.<br />Be proactive to ensure all H&amp;S issues are reported/escalated as required.Hours of work 4 on 4 off - Days Only<br />7 am - 7 pmPackage Up to £48,900<br />22-day shift holiday Overtime available<br />Company pension Season Ticket Loan<br />Potential to be put through HV trainingRequirements Level 3 in Electrical Installations (C&amp;G, NVQ etc)<br />A proven track record in Building Maintenance<br />Good Communication Skills.<br />Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.<br />Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV (Desirable)<br />Good Leadership &amp; Management skillsIf you are interested, please email your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out
