About Our Client
Addison Group is hiring a Sales Contract Specialist on behalf of our client
, a global healthcare organization supporting commercial sales initiatives within a regulated environment. This team partners closely with sales and internal stakeholders to manage contract workflows and customer requirements.
Job Description
The Sales Contract Specialist will support the sales organization by managing RFPs, RFIs, and vendor registration for institutional and educational customers. This role blends contract review with customer-facing communication and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming RFPs, RFIs, and vendor documentation received through email and automated contract portals
Review and validate RFP/RFI and vendor information for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Coordinate internal approvals with sales, legal, and cross-functional teams and submit responses
Act as a customer-facing contact to answer questions and guide clients through the RFP process
Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions across multiple active requests
Maintain data integrity within CRM and contract management systems
Support sales objectives by RFP responses with commercial strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
4–5+ years of experience in contract review, RFP support, procurement, or sales operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and stakeholder interaction
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare or healthcare manufacturing experience preferred
High attention to detail with the ability to follow defined workflows and processes
