Job Description TechnicalLead - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys & Power Pages Roles andResponsibilities

• Lead the design andimplementation of solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights -Journeys (Real-time Marketing) and Power Pages (Power Portal).
  
• Architect scalable and securecustomer engagement solutions, including customer journeys,segmentation, email marketing, and event management.
  
• Design and develop PowerPages portals with custom UI, authentication, and role-based access.
  
• Provide technicalleadership and mentorship to development teams; enforce codingstandards and best practices.
  
• Translate businessrequirements into technical design documents and scalablearchitectures.
  
• Configure and customize:
  
• Customer Insights Journeys(segments, triggers, journeys, forms, emails)
  
• Power Pages (Liquidtemplates, web roles, content, site settings)
  
• Develop custom solutionsusing:
  
• Power Platform (PowerAutomate, Power Apps)
  
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with externalsystems and third-party applications using APIs, Azure services, ormiddleware.
  
• Implement security models,including authentication (Azure AD B2C, external identity providers) andauthorization.
  
• Drive CI/CDimplementation, environment management, and deployment strategiesusing Azure DevOps.
  
• Conduct technicalreviews, code reviews, and solution validations.
  
• Collaborate withstakeholders, business analysts, and architects to ensure successfuldelivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with dataprivacy, governance, and performance standards.
  
• Dynamics 365 CustomerInsights - Journeys (Real-time Marketing)
  
• Power Pages (Power Portal)development
  
• Expertise in MicrosoftDataverse and data modeling.
  
• Proficiency in:
  
• Liquid templating
  
• Experience with PowerPlatform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  
• Strong integrationexperience using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
  
• Knowledge of securityframeworks, authentication (OAuth, Azure AD B2C), and role-basedaccess.
  
• Experience in solutiondesign, architecture, and technical leadership.
  
• Familiarity with DevOpspractices, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
  
• Strong problem-solving,analytical, and debugging skills.
  
• Excellent communication andstakeholder management abilities.

• Microsoft certificationssuch as:
  
• MB-260 (Customer DataPlatform Specialty)
  
• Experience with CustomerData Platforms (CDP) and customer data unification.
  
• Exposure to AI-drivenpersonalization and customer analytics.
  
• Knowledge of eventmanagement modules in Customer Insights Journeys.
  
• Experience with AzureIntegration Services (Service Bus, API Management).
  
• Familiarity with front-endframeworks and UX best practices.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrumenvironments.
  
• Domain experience inindustries like Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom.
