Job Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to software engineers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards
• Drive system design discussions and technology selection decisions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud adoption initiatives
• Contribute to roadmap planning, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment

Required Skills

• Core Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Python, Node.js
• APIs & Architecture: RESTful APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, SQL & NoSQL Databases
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Engineering Practices: System Design, Design Patterns, Secure Coding, Performance Optimization, Code Review
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and container technologies
• Exposure to AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation programs
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, Architecture, or Agile methodologies
