Job Description

The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave enterprise network environment. • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and new technology implementation. • Assist walk-up and remote customers with PKI-related inquiries and troubleshooting, including token card and soft certificate issues. • Train remote Trusted Agents on basic administrative duties. • Enforce security strategies and policies within Identity and Access Management (IdAM) functions. • Document troubleshooting procedures for IT Operations Center personnel. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with PKI technologies, RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Experience managing token cards for multi-factor authentication and troubleshooting soft-certificate issues. • Proficiency with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for incident and request management. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse customer types, including senior executives.
