Required Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years managing cloud service delivery.
Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
Experience managing enterprise cloud infrastructure, production operations, and support teams.
Proven project management experience delivering infrastructure or cloud transformation projects.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar project/service management tools.
