Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Front End Developer on behalf of our client in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a highly experienced Front End Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering production-ready solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and TypeScript.

• Build reusable UI components and scalable front-end architecture.

• Develop interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and AG Grid.

• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services.

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.

• Implement authentication and authorization using modern security standards.

• Deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure services.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with proper documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with AG Grid and large-scale data-driven applications.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, browser APIs, accessibility, and performance optimization.

• Experience working with REST APIs and Python/Django-based backend services.

• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling.

• Experience developing shared UI component libraries and Storybook.

• Experience implementing SSO, OAuth2/OIDC, and RBAC authentication.

• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools such as Node.js, Vite, Webpack, npm Workspaces, or similar.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Must be authorized to work on W2.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js, Java, or .NET backend development.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, queues, or gRPC.

• Experience with Azure hosting, networking, identity, and monitoring services.

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

• Previous experience building enterprise UI frameworks and reusable component libraries.
