The Role

• Conduct inspections and perform weekly and monthly sprinkler system tests.
• Carry out technical facility walk-throughs and meticulously document all checks.
• Coordinate, instruct, and supervise all maintenance and repair work.
• Perform minor repairs to ensure the smooth operation of building systems.
• Document meter readings accurately.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a plant mechanic, HVAC installer, electrician, or electronics technician.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call duty rotation.
• Strong practical and hands-on skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy.
