What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

  • Expected base pay rate of $27.40 an hour + Monthly Renewal Commissions. You will be provided a base pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

You will work onsite at our apartment community The Willows Ashley Park in Newnan, GA.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to and resolve resident concerns, complaints, and service-related issues.
  • Support residents through move-outs, transfers, and notices to vacate.
  • Manage the lease renewal process and maximize renewal opportunities.
  • Monitor resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist residents with community-related needs and requests.
  • Help residents navigate online rent payments and account questions.
  • Complete move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Process vehicle and pet registrations.
  • Assist with package management through Parcel Pending.
  • Submit and monitor resident service requests.
  • Communicate service request updates and community information to residents.
  • Coordinate resident events and engagement activities.
  • Partner with onsite teams to ensure timely resolutions to resident concerns.
  • Communicate community policies professionally and respectfully.

What You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, retail, restaurant, sales, or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Experience working toward performance goals, retention goals, sales goals, or customer satisfaction metrics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence communicating with residents in person, over the phone, and through written communication
  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn property management and customer service platforms
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
