The Role

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for key corporate positions.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges with a positive, driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment.
