Job Overview

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity in Westfield, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with prior forklift experience who are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials
• Transport materials throughout the facility and yard
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, indoor & outdoor)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
