Title- Senior HRBP/ HR Ops

Location- San Diego, CA or Orlando, FL/ Hybrid

Contract 6+ months

Manager Notes

• 5-6 years of experience in HR Ops, including answering tickets, pulling data, and responding to employee and manager questions.
• DO NOT submit senior candidates for this role
• The role will involve workforce planning and workforce data management.
• Must be proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, a team player, and a problem solver.
• Prefer candidates in Florida or San Diego.
• Must keep the HR team organized.
• This is a 6-month project with a slight possibility of extension.
• Expect two rounds of interviews.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to form relationships with the business as a known trusted advisor
• Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities
• Knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in afast-pacedenvironment
• Possess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations
• Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices
