You'll ensure customer satisfaction while advising on and up-selling our fleet of vehicles to meet the customer's needs and driving the rental experience at the airport branch. Earn an hourly rate of $18.00with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $55,440 up to $85,440with unlimited earning potential.

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile
You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
