Description
This position offers a remote, full-time opportunity for a skilled professional to manage and support IT systems. 
The role involves administering cloud-based environments, managing network infrastructure, and providing user support. 
Candidates should have experience in systems administration and networking.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage cloud-based environments, including user provisioning and troubleshooting.
Manage and support endpoint devices, ensuring compliance and security.
Provide first-line support for network infrastructure and escalate as necessary.
Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes, managing accounts and access.
Develop and maintain scripts for automation and routine tasks.

Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years of experience in systems administration.
Experience with cloud-based environments and network fundamentals.
Scripting experience for automation of tasks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to support users remotely.
